About 40 members of the FIFA/CIES University Network met in Doha in the framework of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Many partner universities (Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Egypt, India, Palestine, Puerto Rico, Senegal, South Africa, Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, United Arab Emirates and Venezuela) were represented by alumni and/or people involved in the International Programme in Sports Management.
