FIFA Master 16th Edition - record number of applications opened!!!

The application deadline for the 16th Edition (2015-2016) of the FIFA Master - ranked n°1 Sports Management Master in the World (2014) by Sport Business International Magazine - is now over

 

The CIES is proud to be able to announce that a record number of applications have been opened on our FIFA Master on-line application platform for the 16th edition.

The application process for the 16th Edition (2015-2016) of the FIFA Master is now closed. Submitted applications will now be carefully reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The full selection process will take between 3-4 months.

Top transfer values: Messi outranks Ronaldo and Hazard

Big-5 Weekly Post No.93

Three students from the Universidad Metropolitana win the 2015 FIFA/CIES Network Prize

Winners of the Network Prize 2014 at FIFA Headquarters

 

During a meeting held on 12 January 2015 at FIFA headquarters in Zurich, an international jury consisting of representatives from FIFA, CIES and academia awarded the 2015 FIFA/CIES International University Network Prize to three students from the Universidad Metropolitana (UNIMET) in Caracas (Venezuela).

The first issue deals with the reasons and consequences of club instability at European level. As also shown in our Digital Atlas, the percentage of new signings among squad members has never been as high as during the current season: 41.5%.

FIFA Master: reflections on Leicester, end of a Module

FIFA Master 15th edition at De Montfort University, Leicester

 

Looking back to when I met my classmates for the first time at Heathrow Airport, I can assuredly say that I had no idea what we were about to experience. Regardless of the thoroughness of the introductions and orientations, we couldn't have anticipated how much we were going to mature and experience in the short three months we spent in Leicester.

Speaking personally, I emerged from the first module a different person than I entered. In a way, the subjects covered in the sub-modules reflect our personal development along the way as well: birth of modern sport in England, professionalization of sport, internationalization, and finally research methods.
